Come check us out in the Kingston Mall at 1300 Ulster Avenue, where we are very lucky to share a home with Innate Movement Parkour.

To find us within the mall, enter the building on the side facing 9W, using the DICKS Sporting Goods entrance to the right of the old Best Buy / current COVID vaccination facility. When you first enter, you will see a little post office on your left. Pass the post office, make a right and our gym will come up on your right about 25 yards later. Please note that the signage on the outside of the gym will all be for Innate Movement Parkour. We are nested within their facility.
