This workshop is geared towards those who love to get their stretch on and use flexibility in the air. Over the course of this class we will go through a series of exercises to warm up and activate flexibility safely and then get up and use it! Expect part flex class and part aerial extravaganza of splits, backbends, straddles and open shoulders!
Able to climb to the top of the fabric without losing grip strength.
Able to invert from the ground with control.
