This class is designed to safely increase your flexibility and range of motion while beginning to develop the strength and full-body control necessary for hand-balancing. If you’ve been longing to flatten out your split, touch your toes to the back of your head, or work towards your forearm or handstand, this class is for you. Your newfound bendiness and shoulder integration can improve not only your aerial and acrobatic training, but also your daily life. This class will hone in on opening your back, hips, legs and shoulders, and building shoulder and core strength & coordination.
