Newbies •Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6pm – 7:15pm
Welcome to the playful, accessible, butt-kicking world of aerial fabric! This class is the place to come if you’re brand new to aerial arts, if it’s been a while and you’re ready to get back into shape, or if you’re a continuing student ready to take your fitness to the next level and nail those inversions. We often tie the fabrics into a ‘hammock’ so that you can be supported at your hips and armpits as you gain strength, preparing to support your own weight in your hands for longer and longer periods of time.
Timing: Monday evenings at 6pm, Wednesdays at 9am & 6pm
Open Level • Tuesdays @ 7:30pm – 8:45pm
This is the place to be to develop your fabric vocabulary, learn sequences, have a blast, and gain strength and flexibility as you go. We will work static positions, rotations, drops, climbs and descents, in a fun, supportive, body-positive environment.
Prerequisites: Ability to safely navigate foundational positions independently. Please contact us before registering for instructor approval. Thank you for understanding that this prerequisite is for your safety and the safety of the HVCA community.
