Join Brianna Clements, hula-hoop performer for a weekly all-levels hoop class! Brianna, aka Miss 360, has developed Hoop dance and fitness classes that focus on self-expression, skill building, and fitness. She welcomes all skill levels to attend and play! Beginners will gain a great foundation, and experienced hoopers will learn a series of mesmerizing tricks and thread them together into beautiful sequences. This class will help you understand how one move transitions into the next opening up flow and creativity. Curriculum may include breaks, isolation variations, wedgies, escalator variations, and more, depending on students’ readiness. This series will open your eyes to the beauty and fun of hoop dance while you learn mesmerizing tricks, improve balance, foster flexibility, and get a full body workout.
No experience required. Hoops will be available to borrow/purchase or B.Y.O.H
